Sendum is a B2B outreach platform operated by Michael Bell. Our website is sendum.io and our app is app.sendum.io.

Name and email address when you book a demo or sign up
Gmail account data when you connect your Google account (used only to send emails on your behalf)
Usage data such as campaigns created, emails sent, and replies received
Basic analytics data via cookies (pages visited, time on site)

To operate and improve the Sendum platform
To send outreach emails on your behalf via your connected Gmail account

We never sell your data to third parties
Gmail data
Sendum connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. We use this access solely to send emails on your behalf. We do not read, store, or share the contents of your inbox.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on MongoDB Atlas (EU region). We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing michael@sendum.io. We will action all requests within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and to keep you logged in. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on our site.
